Luxury Farmhouse

A client came to us with an amazing and well thought out vision. Having come from a rambler house to a premium lot, the build required an entire site reconstruction to meet her tight specifications. We overhauled the lot by bringing in dirt and changing the topography of the property. Her new home was built with her grandchildren in mind and in a luxury farmhouse style. We made sure that the luxury farmhouse was child safe, had an open floor plan, a dedicated play space, and was flooded with natural light throughout the day.

We used natural cedar shake for the home exterior, and complemented it with Carrera marble throughout the home, from floor to ceiling. The outside was designed to be functional by efficiently utilizing the land. A few key features included an outdoor sitting area and fireplace.
