Makeover Traditional Modern

In 2001, the Santanni family purchased our grandparent’s home and turned it into our own. We renovated the home from top to bottom with a strong emphasis on remodeling the main floor and living room addition. We sourced as many materials in-house as possible, and transformed the home to convey a traditional farmhouse feel. Custom barn doors were made on-site from Douglas Fir wood. Special care and attention was directed to the living room addition, as that’s where our family spends most of our time. The fireplace is slab bluestone with a Douglas Fir mantle, both crafted on-site. The flooring is 1 ¼” select red oak. Our family went through the same proven design and development process as our client’s, and we’re very pleased with the result!
