Why we aren’t the least expensive

In this section we are talking about the difference in pricing that we are especially seeing at this present time of our economic difficulties. We use products on your project that are proven to us and to the market. We are very careful with this selection process as over the years the consumer has been the test basis for our industry,we do not want to use you as a experiment. We like to see products that have a proven history of being efficient and will last for years to come.Over the years there has many class action lawsuits over products that have failed. We want to use on your home the best products for the cost. Also all of people who work on your homes have been in the business for years and also are certified installers. We feel this is very important to insure that our customers recieve the highest quality work for there homes. We feel the way we run our company with very low overhead and a family run organization, any builder that prices under us is either using inferior products or inexperienced installers. We pride ourselves on our quality of products and workmanship.

Is the lowest bid the best bargain? You know the old saying ” If it seems to good to be true, it probably is”

When using the bidding process it is very important to compare apples for apples. We know in residential contruction different competing contractors are not using the same specifications. To get a truly competitive bid everyone needs to be on the same page. We understand this can very confusing for homeowners, but we will take the time to explain why we use the products and subs we do to achieve a final product.

In working with a negotiated price system, and after you have done your homework, you select the contractor you want to work with, and a budget range you want to work within. If you feel comfortable with your selection and feel they have the qualifications to do your project, by all means , hire that contractor.

Remember: DO YOUR HOMEWORK

I hope this will help with some of the confusion or the frustrations you have experienced:
