About Santanni Custom Homes

More than 30 years ago, in 1972, Ron Santanni started his career as a carpenter in the Twin Cities building our first home with his father. Ron liked the feeling of accomplishment, seeing the home being built from the ground up, and the joy it brought to our family. In 1977, Ron and his wife, Jacki, went into business as one of the premier carpentry sub-contractors in the Twin Cities helping to build numerous large projects for their company and others. In 1983, we started building homes full time while still running the carpentry business.

In 1992, we started our own luxury home building and remodeling company. As our company has grown we have had additions to our staff. Our son, Scott, made the decision while in college to make homebuilding his career of choice. After graduating with a degree in Economics, Scott came on board full time and quickly became an integral part of the business adding a new dimension to our family run home building and remodeling company. Our daughter, Angie, is finishing her degree in marketing communications and is helping Jacki in the office to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
